I guess it wasn't Russian Disinformation after all.....it appears the bill is actually more pervasive than originally leaked.
Why do you think 78% of the money goes out of the country.....it wouldn't be easier to steal that way, would it?
Border protection? It seems not a nickle of the money is going to strengthen the Border, but migrant services has captured most of the loot.
Conservatives......take note of every Republican Senator that had a hand in this debauchery and get them out of office as quickly as possible.
Democrats are Evil Scum.....and some Republicans, too!

They do mention once the 5 day moving average of 5,000 illegals is met they will have a meeting to discuss what to do about it.
