more tax revenue without having to spend more on providing more services. to do this cities pass building restrictions. growth restrictions. all kinds of sneaky ways. home owners do not complain. as the value of their home skyrockets. massive amount of property tax revenues roll into cities. massive retirement programs. as the first time home owners lives in tents. are you starting to get it? if you own a home you could care less about the children. money money me want money. let the children become homeless. give them our national debt. make food unaffordable for young labor.  more to come. on why usa is becoming a **** hole (city answer: we will build 200 square foot homes for the young workers. as those with homes get rich. and city retirement greed rules. with no care of the usa decline.)
