Biden open the border with Executive Action.
Biden can close the border today with Executive Action, but is won't.
Trump has bought and paid for the materials for the wall, Biden will not build it.

If Biden will not fix the border now, what makes you think he will fix it after some Senate Bill is passed .... he will not ... 
Biden is just after the Ukraine and Israel funding and is using the border as the "bait and switch"  ... 

To prove it ... just asked biden to solve the border problems right now ... he won't .. because he has no intention to...

Even if Biden  did completely seal off the border until election day.....the damage that was done by that JWO PUPPET will never be undone.
