According to Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on President Biden's mishandling of classified documents released Thursday, Biden could not remember key details, such as when he was vice president, during interviews with investigators.
The report, however, also contains an eye-opening portion on how Biden struggled to remember when he served as vice president in the Obama administration while being interviewed for the investigation. Additionally, Hur's office believed Biden's lawyers would use those "limitations" in his recall if it went to trial.
"In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse," the report states. "He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ('if it was 2013 - when did I stop being Vice President?'), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ('in 2009, am I still Vice President?').""He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died," the report continued. "And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him. Among other things, he mistakenly said he ‘had a real difference’ of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo to President Obama."

And there you have it....

Biden sits down and answers questions about the classified documents.
When asked he has no idea when he was VP....
And couldn't remember when his son died within a few years....

The special counsel also described Biden as "a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

Now you know why he isn't given interviews or on Super Bowl Sunday....

Yep.

Even NBC is running a story saying that the Special Council said that Biden is too stupid to know what he was doing, and that's why they aren't pressing charges.

You just can't make this **** up folks.

Biden asked if he was still VP?

Is that correct?

Biden doesn't know what day it is or what he had for breakfast.

My MIL passed last Summer from dementia at 81 and Biden is mimicing the decline we watched in her.

From what it looks like at this point, I would say he might have a year left, maybe less.

From what I understand, that's more prominent in male dementia patients, and/or people that are used to being in positions of control or power... which makes sense.

The loss of not only control over others, but ones own facilities is too much to bear, and they lash out. It gets worse as time goes on too.

I think everyone is losing the point here.

The dementia thing is his get out of jail free card. He should be grateful.  He committed grievous treasonous crimes against this nation.

The special counsel decided to let him off.

Well... the "letting him off the hook" thing was expected. I mean, did you really expect Garland's DoJ to indict the Big Guy?

I never did.

The dementia thing is the establishment making the first solid move at getting the old **** out of the way for 2024.

This will move a lot faster now. We should see the "historic" swearing in of the first black and female POTUS sometime around May or early June I would expect.

That can't be right....what about all these president statements he makes?....who's running the country if not the guy we supposedly elected in a very questionable election?

It looks like they're getting ready to finally dump Biden but even if the Ho gets to be president for a few months she won't be the candidate for the elections, she is even less popular than braindead, it should be interesting to see who the replacement will be.. I have my suspicions..

What makes this so great is this is the guy that simply smoked trump in the last election.
With the largest popular vote ever recorded.
America hates trump.
