Hur said the ONLY reason he didn't bring charges was that byeDUMB wasn't MENTALLY COMPETENT to stand trial. Let that sink in.
So he doesn't have the MENTAL CAPACITY to stand trial?? So you want to claim he is mentally competent to hold the codes for our nukes?? Or make a MAJOR decision should this nation be attacked??

Hur just gave Trump a very good argument as to why the charges against him should be dropped as well.
It gives the impression that Biden is getting a pass because he's a swell guy, and Trump isn't because he's an asshole.
