This 345 (plus exhibits) page report of the Special Counsel's investigation of Joe Biden's theft of classified documents is re pleat with concrete evidence of Joe Biden's dementia and incompetence.  It documents that Joe Biden still thinks he is Vice President among many, many other memory problems.

The reason they won't prosecute Joe Biden for taking classified documents is because they think a jury will be sympathetic to an old man with Alzheimer's dementia.  Read it folks, it the Democrats just threw Joe Biden under the bus.
