The Center for Renewing America has refiled an ethics complaint against Congressman Jamie Raskin, a Democrat from Maryland, criticizing his delay in reporting significant stock transactions tied to his wife, Sarah Bloom Raskin’s, involvement with a financial tech company in Colorado.
The issue at hand traces back to 2022 when reports by FOX Business and Business Insider revealed that Congressman Raskin disclosed a $1.5 million gain from his wife’s sale of 195,936 Reserve Trust shares eight months after the fact, a move that contradicted the expected disclosure timeline.
