Special Counsel Robert Hur’s "alarming" report:
Hur described Joe Biden as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory." Hur, throughout the more than 300-page report, said "it would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him" of a serious felony "that requires a mental state of willfulness," and said he would be "well into his eighties."
The report was sent to AG Garland Thursday night, sharing "grave concerns" following the report. "After concluding that President Biden knowingly and willfully removed, mishandled, and disclosed classified documents repeatedly over a period of decades, Mr. Hur nevertheless recommended that charges not be brought against Joe Biden"...
Hur did not recommend criminal charges against the president for mishandling classified documents. Those records included classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, among other records related to national security and foreign policy which Hur said implicated "sensitive intelligence sources and methods... MANY found the "Special Counsel's reasoning alarming."
THIS is the DOUBLE Standard America is LIVING thru... ONE where Donald Trump who was a GREAT President who was ON TOP of most issues and made CORRECT assessments and action to guide America thru... IN SPITE of MULTIPLE investigations and accusations was NEVER found guilty of ANYTHING, is STILL treated like a CRIMINAL... versus Joe Biden... who in a FORMAL REPORT is described as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory... who has led America to the BRINK of WW3... who is NOT held accountable to ANYTHING... which MAY eventually include CORRUPTION, BRIBERY, and Abuse of POWER !!
