Again, both Biden and Pence fully COOPERATED with the National Archives and the DOJ.  They both reported the records, turned the records over to the National Archives, voluntarily allowed the FBI to search their homes, and cooperated with the investigations.

Trump is in hot water for obstruction, refusing to hand over the documents, and hiding the documents.

Big difference.  All he had to do was hand over the documents at the first request.

this is sad. incompetent to stand trial, but ok to be president. look at congress. most incompetent to serve. but  competent enough to take bribes. usa is a **** hole.

The question is why he was putting those comments in a legal statement.  He isn't a doctor, and is unqualified to make a diagnosis regarding Biden. It was inappropriate.

A proper legal statement only contains factual information; it doesn't contain Hur's personal beliefs regarding Biden.

Yah. It's hard to say you are hiding documents when you have them scattered in multiple places, under virtually NO security, and can't remember if you are still vice president, let alone where you happen to leave classified documents. And BTW, you have NO idea if they fully cooperated. NONE. PROVE that documents were not removed before the Archives were called.

All he did was recount his different times questioning the president, and based on the fact that Biden couldn't recall many personal facts, he didn't think charges could or should be pressed. Nice way of saying Biden is too incompetent to go to trial. THAT is what is pissing off the Dems!

He didn't charge him because Biden is a retard....why is that hard for you to understand?
