Most likely so is uKraine. it is a global network ****. it is just a technology to communicate for anyone paying access to it. honesty gets you busy typecasting others for making your reality look as stupid as it became historically here working current global events within this one species.
Reporting how evolving happens isn't the same thing as analyzing what else could have been done socially than adapting as displaced.
