Fulton County (Georgia) policy suggests both DA Willis, Wade were required to disclose relationship....
During their testimonies on Thursday, both Willis and Wade said that their romantic relationship began in early 2022 and ended in summer 2023. Willis testified that she didn't tell anyone on the prosecution team about her romantic relationship with Wade because she keeps her private life private. However, Merchant noted that to contract with someone in Fulton County, there is a requirement to disclose it.
“Did you disclose your relationship [with Wade] to anybody at Fulton County?” Merchant asked Willis. “No, I don’t think so,” Willis replied.
Merchant then followed up, “Are you aware that Fulton County requires you to disclose any relationship with someone that you’re doing business with?” Willis responded, “I’m not aware.”
DONE and DONE... Fani Willis AND her boyfriend... should BOTH be removed from the Trump case... and a mistrial be declared !!
IF Fanni Willis thinks she can PROSECUTE, INDICT and CONVICT someone using RICO laws... who was ONLY questioning the legitimacy of an election based on the MULTIPLE LIES, ABUSES of POWER, and FABRICATION of EVIDENCE that CREATED "Legitimacy Questions"... when the FBI, CIA, Democrat Party, and the UN-ELECTED Washington BUREAUCRACY... subjected Trump to ALL of those illegal acts, AND INFLUENCED the 2020 election in the process !! ...WHILE SHE ACTUALLY BREAKS the LAW, Essentially STEALING and DIVERTING Georgia State funds, by HIRING her LOVER, and USING him as HER conduit to MULTIPLE FREE and LAVISH vacations?
