He worked as an informant for 10 years and was highly vetted ......so, No it is highly improbable that all of a sudden when  he is set to testify in the coming weeks that all of a sudden  they determine he is a bad guy and  broke the law .....
And that is where the FBI and DOJ corruption comes into play .....
why now ? Right before he would have testified ....

That I wold believe.  You did not solo, you did land on your own, you did not learn to hover that quickly.  Trust me, while a crew member, I have a few thousand hours on three different acft, the UH-1H being the bulk of my hours.

I said they were able to fly a helicopter.  They were.  We were. We were all given the opportunity to fly a helicopter, and a T-34 and a T-28... and we all had the ability to do exactly that.  

 

You were not able to fly without assistance from an IP.  You did not go solo, and you were not on the controls alone.  You do not have that ability.

Yes, Highly improbable and the optics in this particular case IS damning for The FBI and DOJ....
