This is a little less recent but the UNRWA is a UN agency that feeds, clothes, and general provides support for Palestinian refugees. Ties to Hamas were recently discovered and a plethora of nations decided to cut funding. That includes the United States. It even included Trump in 2018 before the current conflict. Finally, a Hamas tunnel was found under UNRWA headquarters. The problem is that this is a vital agency for over 1.7 million people. The agency has already investigated and cut all ties to Hamas. Is it safe to fund the agency again given the war and the further vital need for it's services?

Biden restored it:

House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer is demanding information related to the Biden administration’s 2021 decision to restore U.S. funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), amid reports that at least 12 UNRWA staff participated in the Hamas terrorist attacks against Israel in October.
