prices must drop by 50%. ouch. says the government. existing property taxes can not cover government retirements, bond payments, leases on buildings and equipment,  wages, utilities, welfare, schools, road repair, plus-plus-++++++++++. oh my god. government can not lower property taxes; as home values drop. laws will be changed. new laws to protect government workers. . but labor is screwed. no voice. another day older and deeper in debt. dumb workers. stupid workers. a bunch of slaves.

All housing has to do is shed 8% and there is an opportunity.
