Where I think the change will come will be in regard to trannies in the girls locker rooms, restrooms, and showers. I can see a multitude of lawsuits against schools that permit this, and at least one case of it will eventually make it to the Supreme Court.
Hopefully sooner rather than later.

A high school girls basketball team in Massachusetts forfeited its game at halftime following multiple injuries. The Collegiate Charter School of Lowell reportedly forfeited its game against Kipp Academy at halftime. Kipp Academy reportedly has a transgender player on its roster. Multiple injuries were reportedly caused by the player during the game, which got physical. The player is over six feet tall and has facial hair.
Kipp Academy was leading the game, 31-14. However, it'll go into the rulebook as a 10-0 win via forfeit. When the coach saw three girls go down in the first half leaving him with few players, he made the call to end the game early."
"Once the third was injured, the remaining five expressed concern to him about continuing to play. The players feared getting injured and not being able to compete in the playoffs. "Video of the game has been trending on social media. The transgender athlete debate has become more and more of a talking point. Legendary sports announcer Bob Costas shared his thoughts when speaking to Bill Maher. “People may not realize this, the individual federations that govern these sports make up their own rules. So World Aquatics may have different rules than FIFA or the Track and Field Association,” Costas said “So I understand that when it comes to Olympic boxing, that federation will allow trans women to compete against biological women, at birth biological women. That seems crazy.”
He continued. “It’s not transphobic to say ‘Let’s inject some common sense here,'” Costas said. “A lot of this is murky. We know that some people who use this as an issue actually are hostile towards trans people, or people who after carefully considered decisions at a certain point in life, decide that they’ll be happier and closer to their true selves- I think any sensitive person is aligned with that.”

In addition to law suits I want to see Old School Justice served to everyone who made what just happened to these girls possible.
From the administrators to the young man who's knocking girls around 1/2 his size and strength.
He deserves to have his face kicked in.

While I don't necessarily disagree with the sentiment, as a former official I would just ask that not be done during a game. It will result in a lot of players and coaches getting ejected. I will say this, however. I did actually watch the video clip where a girl went down. The tranny had possession of the basketball, His feet were planted and he was trying to make a shot. A girl from the other team tried to grab the ball out of the tranny's hands. Its not exactly what I expected. I expected to see a clip of him plowing into a girl as he was driving the ball down court. Is the game "fair"? No. But, should that girl who went down have been injured? Ehhh, I find that questionable.

I watched it as well. That particular injury could have happened against a "normal" player. The lead official called a held ball (you can see him in the edge of the video). It is possible for a girl to cause another girl to hit the floor like she did when twisting to get clean possession...I saw it numerous times.
