with no locator satellites, biden can not start a nuclear war. amazing how russia is so far ahead of biden. russia has submarines stationed around the world. all equipped with laser guidance systems. able to guide their nuclear missiles to strike washington d.c. . sleep well. russia will protect all usa families from their federal government.
