2 ounces Bourbon (I used Wild Turkey 101)
1 ounce Aperol Italian Aperitif
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Stir gently over ice in a rocks glass and enjoy!
On the next one I may add a dash or two of some Angostura bitters to cut the sweetness down a bit, but overall, not a bad combo for sure.

I like to be 100% alert. Alcohol free for me.
