Government...its' elected officials and it's unelected bureaucracy makes rules and laws so it is illegal for you to protect yourself, your family, your city, your state and your country....all in the name of freedom too...just not yours....and they protect the scheme with a corrupted justice system....and a rigged election system.

Don't worry tho....just call 911...they will arrive late to clean up the mess...unless the have been defunded by government's proxy activists....BLM...ANTIFA.
