Like I said many times, foreign policy fundamentals must be significantly curtailed and accordingly, the DoD budget cut significantly. Firstly, the deep state gutted.

What's more embarrassing, your SAMs malfunction falling into the sea or
you accidentally shoot down a friendly multimillion dollar drone.
My guess, the SAMs have a disarm control.

It gets worse. Part of the ammo used on the ship is no longer available or
being made so if what they have is spent the ship will go home.
