The federal judge, carney' ruling over the case of the white nationalist rob rundo has been brave enough to expose outrageous prosecutorial misconduct over the case where rob was charged with the deliberately vague charges of 'conspiracy to commit violence'... rob was a member of a martial arts organization that organized to fight back against antifa back when antifa was deliberately shutting down white nationalist protests during their activity around 2016.

The fbi which charges rob rundo actually cited antifas own website as 'evidence'...despite the fact that such a website could not possibly be called reliable or impartial.

Clearly,, what rundo has really been found guilty of is being racist...but that is not supposed to be technically illegal yet in the usa. Because he is deemed racist he has been abused with legal harassment, selective prosecution, and after his 3rd arrest, habeas corpus violations.

This treatment is not unusual for any white person deemed to be 'racist' in this cointry...and our legal system is quite willing to throw away any pretense of being a legitimite legal system in the service of its top priority, making racist white people unhappy.

It should be noted that this case is not in any way unusual in terms of the way our legal system violated peoples alleged rights...the only remarkable thing is that a judge like carney happened to exist and still has respect for the 'liberal principles' of due process and basic rights for people accused of a crime. He will certainly be punished for being so principled...and very few judges have his courage (or stupidity? Perhaps he thinks his decision will be supported by other principled people...it will not)

The statement he wrote on the whole affair is surreal and a bit chilling...this federal judge is basically forced to remind the doj of concepts we were all taught in middle school civics class about basic rights...and which some of us still try to pretend exist and are respected in the us legal system:

Really good post, but not good enough.
