I've owned two, both made it to age 17.
They would go out on neighborhood patrols and find things like a single high heel shoe, a baby doll, a woman's purse, hand tools, etc....then bring the new "chew toy" home and stash it in their dog house.
Whenever I discovered their latest "acquisition" I would lower my voice in disapproval and let them know I thought that this was "SOOOOOOO FUUUUUUUKING BAAAAAD"...
You could tell by their body language they got the message [but not enough to make them turn over a new leaf]
A neighbor's Golden would pay visits and chew up my garden hoses and cedar porch railings.
I finally had to shoot the dog a few times in the *** with a BB gun to discourage it from coming over.
one entire mans work boot- took her to the vet cause she was sick. Only thing that showed up on the xrays was the metal eyelets where you lace up a boot.
3 couches and 2 truck seats. bwhahahaha yep that was Crackling Rosie.

In our local town area- one ripped the throat outta of a kid. Few years back- for no reason... just snapped mentally- the kids were playing in the yard?
The girl at the chiro's husband was an emt- first on the scene- he said it was the most horrifying thing he ever saw. The entire county was in an uproar. There's lots of other breeds folks can have- why take the chance. I think they should be outlawed. personally.

It;s too bad that Pitt Bulls have this tendency but there are so many other breeds out there with better reputations why take the chance on a Pitt Bull...?
I think it's safe to say that most "Pitt Bull Advocates" are truth hating, virtue signaling Libtards who also believe that ****** are no more prone to committing murder than any other breed of man,

I was just telling someone... we used to gather for drinks- everyone would bring their dogs. Smallest 6 lbs- up the scale- to maybe a 125. with big paws 6 dogs in a house?. We've had pitties and pitties mixes for years and never had any issues whatsoever. Any dog can be raised mean, and pits get a bad rep.becaise they are often raised mean for fighting purposes.
The two breeds that worry me are Chow Chows and Dalmatians.

I used to babysit 14 bull dogs- the big fat wide ones.. 100 lbs- After i got over telling them all apart- like blacks-- i could tell... I dunno- drool all over me- buckets of shedding hair- they did have nice personalities... I learned to luv them?

I worked in a place called Brockton Massachusetts. Just south of Boston. The bangers all owned pitbulls. There was this one area where every yard had Malamutes.. They said they had them because they kill loose pitbulls. My wife and I have adopted 4 rescues over the past 40 years, but the sweetest, most gentle one we've ever taken in is the Mountain Cur mix we now have. I'd never heard of this breed before getting her and her markings are unique. yea. It does have odd markings. Looks sleepy there. Ready for a nap.
