  It should be 9-0.
It's stupid trying to kick a guy off of a ballot that hasn't been convicted of the crime they say he committed to kick him off of the ballot.

That's the party that YOU support and despite your pandering words, I have no doubt you would have cheered with glee if the opposite verdict had kept Trump off the ballot, wouldn't you?

Sure, today they'll rant and rave about how they need to increase the number on the Supreme Court until they can produce a far-left majority, but tomorrow they'll just jump on the next upcoming case they'll claim WILL go their way.

I KNOW you don't expect any admission from them of how wrong CO was to make such a foolish attempt!
And I even doubt they'll acknowledge the reality that this will be the same result overturning the other Democrat-run state courts that took the same ridiculous path!
They'll just switch gears and continue to plow ahead with the next upcoming absurd and imagined Trump "crime".

But you can be sure they'll be weeping in each others hot cocoa tonight!

Trump hasn't been convicted of a crime yet.
How could he penalized?
If the Supremes had ruled the other way chaos would erupt.
Any state could keep a candidate from running just on feelings.

But that wasn't the question, was it?
The point is the such blatant unconstitutional decisions that so many Democrat controlled states have attempted to use to keep Trump off the ballot doesn't dissuade you from supporting THEIR (and your) candidate does it?

Lawsuits seeking to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot are currently pending in 13 states, according to data compiled by Lawfare: Arizona, Alaska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Or do you really just not care when your party acts so illegally?
