Since Illegals can't get drivers licenses, the Soros bought DA there is just going to ignore any citations for people driving without licenses, registration or insurance.
Why would anyone register their cars anymore?

They in the process of building a large apartment complex to house illegals and none of them will be charged rent for at least 2 years

I use to work with a guy who was in an accident with an illegal.
The illegal had no insurance and caused the accident.
There was about $3000 worth of damage.
And there was nothing my friend could do about it.
Nothing.
He had to pay out of pocket.

First offense get all offenders a warning. Second offense gets a civil fine (like a speeding ticket), Third offense gets criminal charges.
and the title of the OP is in error (of course... consider the source) One COUNTY in Maine is changing the way law enforcement handles minor driving offenses for ALL drivers in that county, not just illegals.

No reason to single out Maine. The entire country has embraced a total racial disenfranchisement and indeed replacement of its own founding stock. This policy has bipartisan support. Even most of the founding stock seems to be, or pretends to be, unaware of this fact.
