Huge win for Trump today. The Supreme Court unanimously, not even split on this issue, sides with Trump on Democrats engaging in election interference and trying to remove him from Ballots.
I haven't read the decision yet - - will have to see what they said.

It will be interesting to see if the Democrats still try to keep Trump off ballots, despite the Supreme Court ruling.

No single state's leadership should be granted the power to decide for the US Government which presidential candidates are qualified to run for office.
[Especially when it's obvious that the individual state's Leadership is driven with extreme single party loyal partisanship....but that is besides the point]
It's too bad that our republic has devolved to the point where this very simple and fundamental issue needed to be clarified by our highest court....
Can't wait to hear what [[[RACHEL]]] will order her Goyim Masses what to think about this outcome....

In that case, I think the only EC votes that should be counted from those states would go to Trump.
Those responsible for refusing to comply with the court order should be charged with disobeying a court order.

Some issues are "Federal Matters"....period.
If the court had ruled differently, what would come next...allowing some states to abolish freedom of expression and the right to own firearms...?
Any other decision would open up Pandora's Box and do great harm to our well balanced system.

When the Supreme Court made Roe VS Wade the law...were there any individual States that refused to obey...?
I really don't know. In every case - except Maine and Nebraska. All states but those are winner-take-all.
As Maine IS affected by this, it does impact Trump by a potential one elector. Maine had also kicked Trump off the ballot.

I think there would be some Colorado Electors who would vote for the Republican Party's runner up candidate. If so, then I think only those EC votes should be counted.
Only those votes that the Republican party "earned" so to speak.
