Robert Kennedy Jr., a life-long Democrat who is running as an Independent, declared "I think Joe Biden needs to come out of the White House and show Americans that he has the cognitive capacity and the mental acuity to handle this job at probably the most challenging time now, at least in recent American history."

While Kennedy has know Joe Biden for over 40 years and considers him a friend, Kennedy blasted his administration and staff who were instrumental in having his request for Secret Service protection denied.  Kennedy said "I just don't believe that Joe would have personally made the decision" to throw him to the mercy of would-be assassins and crazy people out there by denying him Secret Service protection.  Rather, Kennedy is certain that somebody else is making those decisions, because Joe Biden is no longer capable. 

When asked whether Kennedy considers himself a spoiler to the Biden campaign, he glazed over the fact that he has not been treated fairly by the Democrat Party and just said "no, I'm not here to do anything except win".

1st Biden needs to debate Kennedy. Why have a primary if parties are not willing to debate. 2nd, Biden must agree to 2 debates before the general election. The people of the United States deserve to see what their candidates are made of. That should clear up any questions about ANY of the candidates.

I don't need no stinking test .... I watched Biden enter a room and then can't find his way out... lol ... certifiable...

Well, Kennedy is running as an Independent, even though he's a lifelong Democrat.   Why?  Because the Democrats wouldn't allow him to run against Biden.

I am not aware of any requirement for Biden to debate Trump.  I really don't think Biden will agree to debate.  If he does, Trump should show up wearing one of these strapped to his belt:CELL PHONE JAMMER

RFK Jr. is not a Democrat. He USED to be, but now is running as an Independent.

RFK, Jr. is a life-long Democrat (not registered as one right now), but he's running as an independent.  I made that clear in my OP and in a follow up post.  The only reason he's not a Democrat is because the Democrats tried to shut him down and silence him.

I think RFK Jr has a bigger following with the younger crowd than Bernie did in 2016.

A strong Independent run out of him could crush the Dems in November. It could hurt Trump a bit too, but I believe it hurts the Dems more.

Some people who tend to side Republican who hardly ever vote anyway might get out to vote for a 3rd party candidate like Kennedy.  I think it's a lot less than Dems speculate.
