BECAUSE it's NOT ABOUT what's good for the Democrat Party for them... it's WHAT'S GOOD for TEXANS... which Joe Biden appears to CARE LESS about !!

The Constitution grants the states a lot of latitude... AND, WHEN the Federal government DOES NOT accept or realize that the PEOPLE of any given state are being PERMITTED to be ABUSED BECAUSE OF the Federal Government INACTION? 

I would think the PEOPLE of that state have the RIGHT to take action into their OWN HANDS... rather than be OVER RUN by foreign INTRUDERS... WHICH the Feds WANT to PERMIT, because of the Federal Governments BLATANT Political GOALS (i.e. Voters that THEY can control)... Under THAT REALITY, I think the States will win... and the Corrupt FEDERAL GOVERNMENT... BE DAMNED !!

THIS ALL is NOW REALITY... because the Democrats are TERRIFIED that the Republicans are about to TAKE OVER the government... and because of the Democrat Party's OVERT CORRUPTION, ABUSES, and LAW BREAKING... THEY KNOW will be held accountable by a Republican President... ESPECIALLY Donald Trump, and THAT TERRIFIES THE BE-JESUS out of THEM... and ALL of their CO-CONSPIRATORS as well !!

I don't disagree with you.  AZ passed S.B. 1070 which would have allowed local law enforcement to check immigration status and make arrests of illegals.  The Court swatted them down.
