They chose Nizhny Novgorod, which is about halfway between Moscow & Siberia.
Seems they are searching for about 150 acres. Only been in Russia about 6 weeks.

Dan is a good man. I love the story. The military **** him. Hurt his shoulder in Afghanistan.The VA said they could not do anything else for his injury. He became disillusioned with America.
He loves to fish. On a sheer whim about 3 years ago he said **** it Im moving to Siberia
to fish the worlds largest lake.
He ended up in Slyudyanka (pop 20,000) on the shore of Baikal. He was in a store and overheard
someone speaking English....Ksenia. A truly glorious story.
