Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armourer who gave Alec Baldwin a gun on the set of the doomed movie Rust has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in connection to the accidental 2021 shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

 The jury deliberated for 2.5 hours before delivering the verdict on Wednesday at the First Judicial District Courthouse in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

How common is it for an actor to aim his gun right at camera crew, then pull the trigger...?
Seems like that's the most basic issue here and none of the news articles I've looked at so far address that.

I read an article a while back that after the Brandon Lee death they were supposed to stop filming scenes with the actor aiming the gun at others or the camera.

Do you want the truth?  The truth was that Baldwin and Hutchins were bumping the uglies.  Then, Baldwin dropped Hutchins for Hannah Reed as his new cum-bucket.  Hutchins threatened Baldwin, and then Baldwin and Reed came up with this scheme to kill off Hutchins.  So far, its worked as planned.
 

A colt single action army can only be fired by cocking the hammer back 3 clicks and pulling the trigger. GUILTY.

Baldwin must not value human life very much because most people who do place sacred value on human life  would assume it is their duty to check the contents of the gun before aiming it directly at another living things face.
They wouldn't NEED to have laws passed.
Libtards are trained to believe that there is no such thing as "common sense"..that all  beliefs must be learned.

I don't know but his production could have benefitted greatly if they had a NRA certified safety instructor on set.  Nut, he hates them.

              That Asshole Baldwin claimed the Gun fired without him pulling the Trigger!  What Planet is that possible with a Single Action Revolver, where you have to manually pull back the Hammer to cock the Gun, and then pull the Trigger to discharge a round.....

This very easily avoided homicide couldn't have happened to a more sanctimonious, "I am smarter and more virtuous than all you "Trailer Trash Trump Supporters"" than Alec Baldwin...!!!

The only thing the Fat-**** cared about since pulling that Trigger has been himself.... As for killing himself, his insufferable wife Hilaria's big mouth should have had him hanging from a light fixture in the basement years ago...
