Haiti never really recovered from the 2010 earthquake... despite all of the West's promises that it would happen.

Apparently we would rather fund war.

I have plenty of that compared to those that go crazy if things don't go their way today. Like they knew there never was such a destination as tomorrow and their demands for wanting things now.
