Title 9? What’s that?   Abortion will be a bigger issue.

The democrats have said they will cut funding to schools?   Aren’t schools funded from local property taxes?   Who gives the funds?   What if republicans control it and boys can’t compete and republicans fund the schools what will democrats do?

Most of Haley's voters were hard-left Democrats.  People who hate trump and the republicans so much that they used their vote to vote against Trump.  Hey, I actually did this once. I switched parties for one election cycle to vote against Jesse Jackson.  Felt good to cast a vote against him; but dirty to be a Democrat for a few weeks. I switched back to being a Republican as soon as I cast my vote.

title 9 was enacted in 1972 to protect girls sports-  biden changed it to include boys who identify as girls and they should be on girls teams.

WASHINGTON – The United States Supreme Court has declined to review a federal court ruling in favor of a transgender student and his family challenging a discriminatory restroom policy at an Indiana public school district.Represented by the ACLU of Indiana, an adolescent transgender boy and his parents filed a lawsuit against the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville in December 2021 for failing to provide him with access to bathrooms consistent with his gender in violation of his rights under Title IX, the law prohibiting sex discrimination in educational programs, as well as the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. In an August 2023 opinion, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals found the school district policy did likely violate the student’s rights under Title IX and equal protection.

  • The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last week upheld a Connecticut policy allowing transgender athletes to play on teams aligning with their gender identities, setting up a possible U.S. Supreme Court showdown on Title IX.
  • The plaintiffs are families of four cisgender female students who sued the Connecticut Association of Schools, the Connecticut Athletic Conference, multiple local school boards and transgender students Andraya Yearwood and Terry Miller, claiming that transgender students are “displacing girls” through an alleged competitive advantage.
