He uses Hamas numbers to discuss deaths in Gaza and Ol' Joe used the argument that it's OK for illegals to kill American citizens since Americans sometimes kill other Americans, too.

Actually, Biden didn't do so bad. I was expecting worse.
He did kind of come off as an angry old man yelling. Oh, Lincoln Riley is a Football Coach over at USC, while Lakin Riley is a murdered nursing student ... not that Biden really cares.

I haven't seen it yet. Was it like I predicted? Suddenly, for a major speech, he sounds basically coherent where he stumbles but is basically understandable?

Yeah, the desperation to pretend he was confused is quite discordant with reality. They pumped the poor devil full of a lot of drugs to get that level of clarity - but clarity they got.
