Whether the ballot harvesting was legal or not is another issue. Technically, it was illegal, but went unprosecuted. The "data" is in all of those criminals who 1) harvested the ballots, and 2) the criminals from whom they were harvested. Oh, not to mention all of the BLM and ANTIFA Democrats who got paid by Soros funded groups to do illegal activities and create mayhem leading up to the last presidential election. Yeah, America hasn't forgotten about THOSE Democrats either, Maineman.

“The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was ‘raped’ within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape,’ ” Kaplan wrote. He added: “Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.” Kaplan said New York’s legal definition of “rape” is “far narrower” than the word is understood in “common modern parlance.” The former requires forcible, unconsented-to penetration with one’s penis. But he said that the conduct the jury effectively found Trump liable for — forced digital penetration — meets a more common definition of rape. He cited definitions offered by the American Psychological Association and the Justice Department, which in 2012 expanded its definition of rape to include penetration “with any body part or object.”
Kaplan also flatly rejected the Trump team’s suggestion that the conduct Trump was found liable for might have been as limited as groping of the breasts.

The allegations that Trump committed rape are no different than the allegations against Biden, which probably WILL be filed as soon as the corrupt Biden DOJ is thrown out of office.
Can you explain how a man can defend himself against the baseless charges of a woman when she doesn't know the date or even the year of the alleged assault which would enable him to prove he wasn't at that store or even in that city on that date? When there were no witnesses? When she told no one about the incident for years? How easy it must be for a woman to make such a claim with zero evidence, even when a partisan jury doesn't think that lack of evidence is important or necessary to find a person guilty? And exactly how does one go about raping a woman (or even having consensual sex) inside a fitting room at a crowded retail store like Bergdorf Goodman, AND NO ONE AROUND THE FITTING ROOM HEARD A THING?
