Snopes says it's "unfounded".
The guy that originally made the claim that Netanyahu made this statement is named Gordon Duff and he ran a site that was mostly propaganda and conspiracy stuff.
No actual recording has ever been produced claiming to be Netanyahu making the statement either.

IT'S UNCANNY THAT THOSE WORDS ARE SOMETHING THAT WOULD COME OUT OF THE MOUTH OF THE KHAZARIAN JEW COCKSUCKER.

Without the recordings, there really isn't any proof he ever said it.
