Every time I watch the news, it's a Black police chief, Black prosecutor, Black Mayor, NFL majority Black, Rioters Black, you would think this country was 90% Black not the 14% it really is.

The dims need to paint them as victims. The blacks appear to like that reputation because victims have advantages in this country. Therefore, the dims get their vote and the blacks get their advantages.
