Isn't this special? My line of work has me connected to our public schools. I know what the problem is, but nobody wants to address it. They keep blaming the wrong people. I see teachers being blamed, the curriculum being blamed, the ranking system itself being blamed, the neighbor's dogs being blamed...everybody and every thing being blamed except the real reason.

Unruly, rude, and disrespectful kids. Period. Nothing more, nothing less. That's it. 

They do nothing about it. The admins don't care. The parents don't care. No consequences, so they continue to disrupt the classroom making it impossible for teachers to be educators, they are forced to babysit. 


They are too chicken **** to confront the parents, so the problem persists.

Are you a teacher? one of my friends went years to college. To be a teacher- she quit because of this?
evil kids- no one will stop.
and if a teacher does.. They get in trouble.

I used to be. I do other things that have me involved in our beloved education system here. It's bad here. Nothing is done with these kids. The admin does nothing and a lot of the parents don't do much either. The solution is simple, except it takes someone with a spine to get it done: Expel these kids. Period. Not suspend. Not give out warnings. Expel. Let the parents homeschool them. They should not be the school's problem, especially on the expense of the taxpayers.

Kids weren't born that way, they developed an attitude in relation to how they were raised and how they were interacted with by others. Teachers are 95% Democrat,  which says they're basically, woke, spineless cowards that just put their time in without regard to results. The administrators are no better, that's why the teachers that could control the situation don't bother or just quit because of the lack of support, which runs all the way to the School Board members.

Isn't that always the answer from DOE and politicians, throw more money at the problem.

One advantage of a Charter School, that conduct is not tolerated!

The wife had a chance to be in the middle of a dozen pre-school age kids last week. It was the highlight of her day, all that potential and cute as can be. Unfortunately, those little **** grow up!
