They are reporting data that is in possession of the agency. Nothing more, and I made no assumptions related to them. It appears to me, based on your comment, you think the numbers are incorrect and that people are being played by Fox News. Since I don't watch Fox, I don't know if they are the source of the graphic or (if they are) what they were saying when it was displayed. Since you attributed the graphic to Fox, maybe you can enlighten us or prove we are being played.
Until you can disprove the numbers, or provide a link to Fox using them to mislead people, I will answer no more of your questions.
