A restaurant partially owned by California Governor Gavin Newsom is currently recruiting for a $16 per hour role despite a new state law guaranteeing a minimum wage of $20 per hour.

 PlumpJack Café in Olympic Valley, California, is seeking a part-time busser to "assist the food server in the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction during all aspects of the dining experience."

 On April 1, a new law guaranteeing a minimum wage of $20 per hour for fast food workers took effect across California, up from the previous minimum of $16.

Not just fast food, but these NAZI DEMOCRATS are working to destroy ALL forms of business so they can claim a "national emergency" and seize control and turn this nation into the COMMUNIST STATE they have wanted for decades.

He is a hypocrite.  But, when they wrote the law it only applies to fast food restaurants that have at least 60 establishments nationwide.

• The restaurant is part of a restaurant chain of at least 60 establishments nationwide. An establishment is a single restaurant location offering food or beverages to customers. Off-site business locations (geographically separate from a restaurant location), at which employees perform administrative, warehouse, or preparatory food production tasks, are not counted as “establishments” toward the 60 establishment minimum.
