Its almost as if ISIS is a proxy arm of WASH DC/CIA.....  

ISIS never attacked:  Israel, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Egypt, Turkey...

BUT it did attack:  Yemen, Syria, Iraq, China, Iran, Russia.
