Most of this is due to a shift in technology.  People need to learn to shift their skill set to meet the new demands of technology. In other words, it's adapt or die.

I am predicting that this will happen once AI reaches it's peak. It is subtly beginning now. Just wait until it's in its full throttle. People need to be prepared. Mostly Gen Z. I hope they are learning about AI now. Otherwise, they will be enduring a storm that they weren't prepared for.
