If the low unemployment numbers during the first two years of the Trump administration are because of policies implemented by Obama (basically a lag in new policies having an impact of the economy), then the jobs recovered during the first two year of the Biden administration are because of policies implemented by Trump.  Or does the lag only happen when a republican moves into the Oval Office?

As is typical, you completely miss the point.  If the good economic numbers (unemployment rate being just one) during the first two years of the Trump administration were because of Obama policies, that means it takes (at least) two years for the policies of a new administration to begin having an impact of the economy.  Therefore, everything liberals celebrated related to the economy during the first two years of the Biden administration are because of Trump policies.
