Never trust a gun control advocate who enjoys Secret Service protection or other taxpayer funded security. They want us all disarmed and docile. Not this generation.

“Currently, gun stores are required by law to conduct a background check for every gun sale.  But, for decades, many dealers who sell weapons someplace other than the traditional gun store — say, for example, a gun show or a flea market or even through social media — have gotten away without conducting background checks.  This is the so-called ‘gun show loophole,’” she stated.

That is not entirely true. As I understand a law if an FFL is selling at a gun show out of his stores stock a background check has to be completed.  If the FFL is selling a gun from his personal collection there rules on how long he has had to have owned before making a private sale where a background check is not required. Unless it is a state that requires background checks for personal sales.

This unConstitutional rule is just another way for gun registration and the government to know which law abiding citizens own guns and will do nothing to stop criminals from getting guns.
