If that was the plan they would have dumped the senile puppet years ago, the Ho is the only reason Biden is still there..

He won't last until the election, he will (be told to) resign in a few months, probably for mental health reasons, they will cry how sorry they are to see him go.. lol.. and then an 'unexpected saviour' will appear out of nowhere to lead the faithful to victory...
