Because evolving doesn't exceed adapting as displaced in series parallel life equally occupying space now. You want equal time as needed to be taken care of and a doctor has many patiences with needs to be taken care of individually.
One doctor many patients each requiring the time it takes to be taken care of. Situational awareness doesn't flow beyond natural time existing and relative time theory doesn't flow as evolving does equally occupying space ancestrally here now in series parallel existing since conceived occupying space sharing the moment here as uniquely alive.
