The evidence is clear, and the Supreme Court is letting it be known that THEY KNOW what has been going on...

"Biden administration Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar, at one point said that for a criminal charge under the statute at issue, “we would have to have the evidence of intent.”  The Washington Examiner noted in an editorial: “Yet it is clear that at least a significant subset of the Jan. 6 rioters, while knowing they should not be in the Capitol, and thus being criminally liable for trespassing or disorderly conduct, were clueless about the congressional proceedings rather than intentionally trying to interfere with them. Yet this administration is throwing the book at scores of them."

Is this JUSTICE?  ...or an ABUSE of Justice... and POWER ?  I believe the answer is OBVIOUS... AND I believe the SCOTUS already KNOWS it !!

That's great news for the Trump supporters who have been illegally imprisoned, many without being charged and without a speedy trial, while liberal protesters get away with far more egregious crimes.

It's about time that justice becomes blind once again!

I don't think that ANY of the Justices (Liberal or Conservative)... if their are worth SPIT, would accept and propagate "Selective Prosecution of the LAW"... THAT goes against just about every precept of the LAW that they have devoted their life to... "Equal Justice UNDER the LAW" has been the GLUE that has kept America toghether for over 250 years !!

However... CORRUPT and BOUGHT OFF "Politicians" are a completely different story... for them... it's about POWER, and RICHES, and INFLUENCE...  I could see this as a 9-0 decision AGAINST "Selective Prosecution"... AND, it we DO NOT see that... THEN I THINK we may have some CORRUPT Supreme Court Justices on the bench... I wouldn't know anything else to think !!
