If I were on the jury and this is all they have to start their presentation with, Bragg would be laughed totally out of court.
SO FAR, they have proved that Pecker killed a few stories for several people and LEGALLY PAID for exclusive rights to those stories. No crimes where committed. Even Pecker TRIED to "admit" that he might have made a campaign contribution over the legal limit, but the FEC found no such issue and no charges were filled.
