Donald Trump LOOKING GOOD in Weaponized Govt. Legal assault...

Case #1:  CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS CASE Charges: Trump was indicted for mishandling top secret documents at his Florida estate. The indictment alleges that Trump repeatedly enlisted aides and lawyers to help him hide records demanded by investigators and cavalierly showed off a Pentagon “plan of attack” and classified map.

Status:  It turns out that the FBI mishandled the same documents that they had accused Trump of Mishandling... Jack Smith admitted it yesterday.  So, All the evidence is now in question, and lots of legal questions need to be addressed... Appeals Court has postponed start date... This case will NEVER get started befor the election, IF IT EVER gets started at all !!

Case #2:  GEORGIA ELECTION INTERFERENCE Charges:  Accuses Trump or his allies of election interference, and suggesting Georgia’s Republican secretary of state could “find” enough votes for him to win the battleground state; of harassing an election worker who faced false claims of fraud; and, attempting to persuade Georgia lawmakers to ignore the will of voters and appoint a new slate of Electoral College electors favorable to Trump.

Status:  Fani Willis has been accused of Abuse of Power, and Corruption in handling the case... initial Georgia court ruling demanded her boyfriend be dismissed from the case, but Willis could remain... However, the issue was appealed... and the Appeals Court has decided to take on the case.  This case will NEVER get started before the election, IF IT EVER gets started at all !!

Case #3: HUSH MONEY SCHEME

Charges:  Trump indicted in New York in March on state charges stemming from hush money payments made during the 2016 presidential campaign to bury allegations of extramarital sexual encounters.

Status:  Trial is currently under way... in week 4 of a 6 week trial.  Currently, most experts claim prosecution has not proven their case against Trump, and mostly is an attempt to make Trump look as bad as possible, with explicit sexual allegations, and testimony... NONE of which is evidence of guilt... AND may be becoming a SMEAR Donald Trump exercise.  The case should be done in 2 weeks... TBD !

LOOKS like ALL of the Democrat efforts to SMEAR Donald Trump... and the Criminal charges against him... are now down to TRUMP paying a "whore" to not talk about sex (which isn't illegal)... I think this is ALL going to be for the Voting Public to decide in 2024... and if a Rapist, Sexual Pervert, and potential Child Abuser... like Bill Clinton could be elected TWICE... A guy who MIGHT have had ONE roll in the hay, with a whore, should be no big issues !!

If that were true, then Trumps poll numbers would be showing it... BUT, ALL they do is... GO HIGHER !!

NOW BREAKING... Trump team in the NYC case is filing a motion... is claiming that after 4 weeks of Prosecution witnesses... THEY ( the prosecution) have not proven ANY GUILT of ANYTHING... all they have done is present DIRT on Trumps sex life... and THAT is NOT ILLEGAL !!

Look for this case to be dismissed, or Trump found innocent... IF, for some reason the NY based, and biased, jurors find him guilty... it will be appealed... and the Defense message will be WHAT CRIME has Trump been guilty of, and WHERE is the evidence?.. and the answer will be... NO CRIME, and NO EVIDENCE !!

The voters ALREADY see that... and it has been MORE a stain on Joe Biden for WEAPONIZING the Federal Government... than ANYTHING Trump has done !!

This was all a HUGE mistake by the Democrats... and may they rot in HELL for doing it... which I hope they do !
