Why is this NOT surprising... Democrats have been OVER SPENDING, DIVERTING, and MISS USING taxpayers money for DECADES... Democrats allocate TRILLIONS of dollars at the federal level... and then, we find that Billions ends up with Democrat cronies, Pet Democrat Projects, Democrat "election", "get out the vote, special Interest groups, and other similar and UN AUTHORIZED destinations...  

WHY would it surprise anyone that the Democrat Controlled California government would be ANY different ?  Someone REALLY should get serious about MONITORING and CONTROLLING where every PENNY of Taxpayer funds goes.. and in the age of AI... you would THINK we have the technology to do it... WHY IS IT that we DON'T?  YOU might ALSO wonder why we have to show ID's to buy Liquor, but NOT to VOTE ??... But Democrats would have us believe that Election FRAUD is NOT a problem... that Illegal aliens are NOT voting in our elections.. that FRAUD is NOT occurring... AND WILL NOT PERMIT elections be better controlled !
