With what?  Can you point to any evidence or a witness that has stated, under oath, Trump directed them to falsify business records. Even if what Cohen did was a crime, they have to prove Trump falsified the records (or directed others to do so).

I saw today where Cohen is the last prosecution witness.  It would not surprise me if the defense made a motion to dismiss the felony as no evidence has been presented that Trump falsified, or directed others to falsify, business records. Hard to imagine the judge wouldn't grant that motion...but Judge Merchan is a demonrat, so there's that.
