Every government agency and position within that agency should be re-evaluated from the ground up. I suspect that we could reduce the size/cost of government by about 75% while increasing functionality and efficiency. A side benefit would be a huge reduction in waste, fraud and abuse. We have a government made up of very wealthy people. Wonder how that happens?

The easy way would be to cut everything and add back what you really need...complete reengineering.

Of course END social security benefits to people who never paid in.
