He wants it to done at a CNN tv studio.
He wants mikes that cut off if you go over your time. Actually turned off if it is not your turn to speak.
He want to do only two.
And he does not want the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates organizing the debate as they have done since 1988.
I don't recall any strict conditions when Harry Callahan said "Go ahead, make my day".
But wait, I have to make sure the gun is loaded, and the light is over there, and I am standing 7 feet away.
